The student population of the school is around 325 from classes 1 to 12 (ages 6 to 17). == Culture == The dress code is casual or regular. Interactions between teacher and student are informal and based on Jiddu Krishnamurti’s philosophy that “Learning cannot happen when there is fear”. Freedom with responsibility is emphasized from an early age, and rewards and punishments are kept to a minimum. Students are encouraged to direct their own learning. A common criticism is that the school provides the students a false sense of utopia that does not prepare them to meet the challenges of the real world. Another prominent criticism from teachers who were once a part of the school is that the school does not give sufficient emphasis to its unique philosophy. The school has very little emphasis on the concept of competition and does not encourage it. The School is among a very few schools in Bangalore which is very hard to get into. The Interview is a very stringent process and is both for Parents as well as the Candidate student. The interview process for teachers is extremely challenging as well. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「The Valley School」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
